How to Make Chinese Taiwanese Dan-Bin Asian Cooking Recipe Cuisine

This recipe was taken from centuries old cooking techniques and when possible applied modern cooking methods and/or ingredients. It uses Asian cooking styles, Asian Spices, Asian Sauces and Asian Ingredients. The style of cooking may have a slight alteration while still maintaining the dish's overall purpose. In this blog we touch on recipes that may be predominant for the Chinese Cuisines. Some cuisines are considered South Asian, South East Asian dishes, Central Asian and/or Middle Eastern and may not be strictly connected to a specific country or culture.
Recipe makes for 2 Servings
Cooked and crispy bacon (or sausages or chicken)
Tortilla wrap
2 eggs
A handful of grated cheese
Ketchup
Oil (for cooking)
Directions:
1. Cook the meat you will be using and leave it to one side, ready for later.
2. Beat the eggs and pour them into the hot frying pan.
3. While the eggs are still wet place the tortilla wrap onto the eggs into the frying pan.
4. Turn over the tortilla, the egg will have browned and stuck to one side of the wrap.
5. Place the meat and grated cheese on top of the eggs while everything is still in the frying pan heating/cooking.
6. Remove the wrap from the pan onto a large plate, add some ketchup and roll it up.
*Before you pour the eggs into the pan, mix some soy sauce, chili sauce and some sesame seeds into the eggs to add more flavor!
